訂單接受變化 Order Acceptance Modification

自2026-06-08起, 我們僅支持符合條件的存量客戶訂購中國内地單綫/多綫業務. 
From 2026-06-08, only clients of some requirements can order VMs with dedicated IPv4 of single/multi lines in Mainland China. 

包括: 上海單綫  |  内地產品組額外項目 之 IP業務 |  廣州單綫/廣州三綫

Including: Shanghai Single Line  |  IP Orders in Addons for China Mainland Products  |  Canton Network

存量用戶須賬戶注冊滿三個月、且在過去三個月内的兩個月有活躍的訂單、並從未有過“通報”與“危險端口提示”, 同時完成了二步實名登記. 
Existing users must have had their accounts registered for at least three months, have had active orders in at least two of the past three months, and have never received any “Regulation Violation (通報)” or “Dangerous Port Alert,” while also completing 2-Step KYC Verification.

您可能因爲訂單有效期間因違規或其他問題導致無法續費. 
Your renewal might be cancelled due to a violation or other related issues during tha valid period.

審計變化 Changes to Auditing

24小時内 有狀態鏈接之入向獨特IP個數超過8個、且來源超過3個省份 (含國家與地區), 須提供合理的理由. 否則將依ToS  3.4.4, 進行關停、清退處理. 
If more than 8 unique IPs with stateful ingress connections are found within 24 hours, and the source exceeds 3 provinces (including countries and regions), a reasonable explanation must be provided. Otherwise, the IPs will be shut down or removed in accordance with ToS 3.4.4.

上述條款并非達到預設的條件就會觸發. 我們將依照防火墻過濾結果做出處理. 通常情況下您會被給予一定的時間排查與整改. 在未達整改限期内, 我們不會直接終止服務, 除非判據來自上游 (運行商機房、防火墻嚴格標識) 或 監管部門 (中國内地各類機關與政府). 
The above terms are not triggered by the fulfillment of predetermined conditions. We will take action based on the firewall filtration results. You will typically be given a certain period for inspection and rectification. We will not terminate services directly before the rectification deadline, unless the decision is based on upstream (IDC, strict firewall labeling) or regulatory authorities (various agencies and governments in mainland China).
