滬聯網目前已使用由 Jiahao Zhou (@jhzhou) 提供的IP庫, 準確度大大提升. 有滬聯網的朋友可以先行測試.

Hiternet is now using the IP database provided by Jiahao Zhou (@jhzhou), which has significantly improved its accuracy. Hiternet users can now test it out. Additionally, Hiternet will be added to the Double 11 Promo. Do you think it’s necessary for Hiternet to add a “selectable global routing” feature, meaning selecting a specific exit for use?

ToS及條款解釋 (點我查看) 中對“建站”的定義, 包含一切可以被web訪問的http/https/tls/ssl 服務. 即便顯示訪問被拒絕, 但是有明確的網頁也不行. 轉發面板/Xboard/哆啦面板更是不行.
In the ToS and Clause Explanation (HERE), the definition of “website building” includes all http/https/tls/ssl services that can be accessed via the web. Even if it displays “access denied,” having a clear webpage is still not allowed. Forwarding panels/Xboard/Dora panels are definitely not allowed.
