火山入口擴員 Volcengine IPv4 Ingress Ports Extended

我們現計劃對符合條件的老用戶實行火山BGP入口拓展. 符合下面條件即可申請内測: 
We’re planning to expand the usage of Volcenging BGP IPv4 ingress ports to some users. You can apply if conditions are satisfied:

1. 注冊時間與初次下單時間均在 2025-07-21 ~ 2025-11-30
   Registration and First-time Order time: 2025-07-21~2025-11-30
2. 在上述時間段下單的產品今天仍然本人持有. (并非PUSH, 或多次PUSH回歸)
   Products ordered from that range of time are still held by yourself.  (Not from PUSH)
3. 該訂單非免費訂單, 且非一次性計費訂單. 
   Such products are not marked as “free”. Orders of one-time billing period are not valid for application.
4. 完成了二步實名驗證. 
   Completed Two-step KYC Verification.
