電信IPv6恢復&措施采取|Recovery of CT IPv6 address & Further Actions

由於部分用戶操作不得當, 于 20260417 1420 UTC+8 左右我們的電信入口被臨時斷開. 截至目前已恢復. 新的IPv6地址已下發, 請積極更新DNS解析, 或者參考這篇文章開啓DDNS. 

That some user did something unlawful has caused a temporary interruption to our China Telecom IPv6 addressses at 20260417 1420 UTC+8. Till now IPv6 addresses have been recovered. New addresses are delivered to your VMS. Please check DNS resolution ASAP or turn on DDNS accordingly. 

涉事用戶現已清退; 涉事機器原到期時間: 2026-09-21, 郵箱 241****[email protected] . 
We’ve terminated all services with the user who caused all of these, whose VM were to be due on 2026-09-21, email address 241****[email protected].

目前電信IPv6入口已開啓 FET, non-matched SNI, Socks 4/5, Trojan 協議的過濾. 如果您無法連接, 務必考慮更換低危協議. 檢測原理與2026一季度自查脚本相同. 
We’ve enabled the filter on China Telecom IPv6 addresses for FET, non-matched SNI, Socks 4/5 and Trojan. You’d better switch safer connecting protocols if no connection can be transmitted. The theory of detection is same as 2026 Q1 Self-detection script.
