由於2026-02-08凌晨為響應現階段從嚴治網之呼籲, 我們嘗試在RouterOS 主路由部署了OpenGFW. 不幸的是, 出於技術不精, 今日發生了共計9次的重新啓動, 導致今日用戶多次收到新的IPv6, 其中今夜晚八時後該情況最頻. 目前此問題已通過回滾最近一次的相對有效備份 (2026-01-14) 得到恢復. 我們對今日該事件帶來的影響深表歉意. 

In response to the current call for stricter Internet governance, we attempted to deploy OpenGFW on the RouterOS main router in the early morning of February 8, 2026. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, a total of nine reboots occurred today, resulting in users receiving new IPv6 addresses multiple times, with the most frequent occurrences occurring after 8 PM tonight. This issue has now been resolved by rolling back the most recent, relatively effective backup (January 14, 2026). We sincerely apologize for the impact of today’s incident.

現OpenGFW 已改爲旁路部署, 對IPv6通訊的直接閘塞只保留 20251128規則 之限制. 在檢測到socks4/5, ssl, tls, http或我們認爲近期不適合暴露在公網的端口後, 我們將對您機器進行關機-開立工單通知關閉相應端口之處理流程. 如開立工單的24小時内未回復或拒絕配合, 則會臨時停權. 利群主機通常不會直接采用最激進的辦法, 即先清退後知會. 

OpenGFW has now been deployed in a bypass mode, and direct blocking of IPv6 communication is now limited to rule broadcast on 20251128. Upon detecting ports such as SOCKS4/5, SSL, TLS, HTTP, or ports that we deem unsuitable for public exposure in the near future, we will implement a process of shutting down your machine and issuing a support ticket to close the corresponding ports. If you do not respond to the support ticket within 24 hours or refuse to cooperate, your VMs will be temporarily suspended. LeiKwan Host typically does not directly use the most aggressive method, i.e., first deactivating the service and then notifying you.

因爲上述原因, 我們懇請您重新提交自 2026-01-14 至今的滬聯網路由. 如果您啓用了滬聯網私有化, 也辛苦您一并重新開立個人資料. 爲此, 我們補償3日時長, 以表歉意. 該補償將不晚於本月10日發放. 

For the reasons stated above, we kindly request that you resubmit your Hiternet routing data from January 14, 2026 to the present. If you have enabled Private Hiternet, we would also appreciate it if you could also re-create your personal profile. Thus a three-day compensation will be delivered to your order before 10th. Jan.
