HK/SG SDWAN

即日起HKSDWAN, SGSDWAN已使用全棧IPLC. 至下一次賬單結算或故障之前, HK/SGSDWAN暫不區分大小包. 
(請不要糾結具體這個架構叫IEPL還是IPLC還是MPLS還是SDWAN)

From now on, HK/SG SDWAN have adopted full traffic in leased line. Package routings of such SDWANs will not be separated by its size.

Hiternet 滬聯網

我們觀測到GSL日本問題在過去的48h内沒有再度發生, 故目前已將Anycast IP 出口變更爲JPSDWAN.

We’ve changed the Anycast IP routing SDWAN from HKSDWAN to JPSDWAN since there is no incident of GSL network fault in Japan Tokyo during the last 48 hours. 

補償 Compensation

由於2026-02-05 01:15 – 12:18 UTC+8 期間CN2故障, 現已對帶有CN2/9929/HKSDWAN 出口之用戶進行1日補償發放. 
由於2026-01-29 22:31 – 22:45 UTC+8 期間主路由故障, 現已對當日持有產品且現在仍在持有至用戶進行1日補償發放.

An 1-day compensation has been delivered to your order since there is a fault on main router on 2026-01-29 from 22:31 to 22:45 UTC+8.
