After six days of procurement, dealing with faulty hardware, reconfiguration, and various efforts, services have been temporarily restored.
Currently, the following services have been temporarily restored:
CN2/9929 IPv4 ingress and egress.
KR/DE/US/DE SDWAN ingress and egress.
Currently, the following services are still experiencing issues:
All China Unicom IPv6: Addresses cannot be obtained normally at this time, or multiple addresses are obtained, but internet access is unavailable.
HK/JP SDWAN egress.
Hiternet: Affected due to the HK/JP SDWAN egress issues, it is therefore included in the scope of impact.
Specific route optimization (i.e., refer to this).
Due to the limited capacity of our 2-person technical team, we will complete the restoration of all services over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
The compensation period for this incident for CN2/9929 / KR+DE+US SDWAN is 10 days. The compensation period for HK/JP/Hiternet is 14 days.
